Guma Garage provides personal shopping, forwarding, and auto parts/tool sourcing services. We source tools, parts, and gear from mainland vendors and forward them to clients with care. All services are subject to availability, pricing updates, and compliance with applicable laws. Guma Garage is a sourcing and forwarding service. We do not offer installation or technical support.
2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information • Review and approve quotes or invoices before payment • Respect our timelines, policies, and communication boundaries
3. Payment and Fees
All payments must be made in full before forwarding or fulfillment. Fees may include: • Product cost • Service fee • Shipping and handling • Add-ons or special requests We’ll always provide a clear breakdown before you pay.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We work with trusted carriers, but delivery timelines may vary. We provide tracking and updates, but cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to carrier delays. Guma Garage is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once a package is in transit. We’ll help you file claims if needed. Oversized or overweight orders may incur additional fees. Bulk shipping is available upon approval.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of custom orders and forwarding, all sales are final once payment is processed. If you need to cancel before payment, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
6. Storage Policy
We do not offer long-term storage. Items must be forwarded promptly once received.
7. Order Combining
Clients may request to combine items from multiple services. Approval depends on weight, category, and timing.
8. Restricted Items
We do not ship prohibited items. A list of restricted items is available upon request.
9. Guam Clients and Resale Use
Clients are responsible for ensuring that forwarded items meet their local resale, import, or business use requirements. Guma Garage does not assume liability for resale misuse or unverified exemption claims.
10. Legal and Compliance
Guma Garage may provide a W-9 or EIN upon request for business clients or compliance purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our site — including branding, guides, and tools — belongs to Guma Garage. Please don’t copy, reuse, or redistribute without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
We’re here to serve with care, but we’re not liable for indirect damages, missed deadlines, or issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. We’ll post changes on this page and revise the “Effective Date” above.

While Guma Goods LLC offers broader personal shopping services, Guma Garage is focused specifically on auto parts, tools, and gear. Use of this website and its services applies only to Guma Garage transactions. Separate terms may apply to Guma Goods LLC or other affiliated services.
