  • Yes! You can add to your Open Box. Bundling saves on shipping—just let us know what’s coming and we’ll coordinate.

  • No. We’re a sourcing and forwarding service only. We’ll get it to you, but setup is on your end.

Shipping & Logistics

  • We provide tracking and updates, but we do not control carrier delays. We’ll always keep you posted.

  • We typically forward items promptly once received. However, we can store your items for up to 3 weeks if you're waiting for more to arrive at the Guma Garage address. Just keep us in the loop.

  • Yes—with pre-approval. Extra fees may apply depending on size and weight. We’ll always confirm before moving forward.

  • USPS will not ship items over 70 lbs. Anything heavier needs to go by freight or ship. We’ll flag this early and coordinate the best option for you.

  • Yes—with planning. Bulk orders may require special handling or freight coordination. Reach out and we’ll walk through it together.

  • Yes, we do! Guam is our blueprint, but we’re open to exploring other destinations. Reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • We do not ship hazardous materials, flammable items, perishables, or anything restricted by USPS or freight carriers. If you're unsure, just ask—we’ll help you check before you buy.
