Guma Garage specializes in sourcing and forwarding auto parts and tools from mainland vendors to Guam. Whether you're placing a one-time request or managing ongoing repairs, we offer flexible services designed to meet your needs with care and clarity.

Guma Garage Scout

Need help sourcing a full repair list, rare tools, or a multi-store haul? We offer personal shopping for serious gear needs. Just send your list and we’ll track it down, piece by piece.

How It Works:

  • Fill out the intake form (link in bio) or DM for a quote

  • Share your list (in the form): items, store names, item links, brands, and when you need it by

  • We’ll send a custom quote based on item size, store effort, and packing needs


SHIP TO GUMA

Found your parts and tools online, but the store won’t ship to Guam or the wait is too long? Forward your order to us. We’ll receive it, relabel it, and get it moving quickly and securely.

Before You Forward:

  • All items must be confirmed by us first to ensure they follow Customs regulations.

  • Only Ship To Guma fee must be paid before we release our shipping address.

  • Your order must be addressed like this:

    [Your Name], c/o Guma Garage, [Our Address]

Once Received:

  • We’ll confirm your package(s) arrived.

  • Let us know if it should ship right away, or if you'd like us to hold it in your open box.

Ship To Guma Policies:

  • Live items are not eligible for this service. If you do, you’ll be charged a shopping fee at shipment.

  • If you need to return a purchase that was forwarded to our address, you will be charged a $10 handling fee.

  • If you need extra protection for fragile or liquid items, it’s your responsibility to request it. We’re not responsible for the manufacturer’s packaging.


LIVE GARAGE HAUL

We visit stores to hunt down tools, gear, and auto parts. Perfect for one-off deals, limited stock, or those tool sets that disappear fast. This service is available exclusively through our social media channels.

During Live Shop:

  • Real-time photos will be shared

  • Comment: Item - Quantity

  • We’ll confirm your claim is in my cart

  • Please track your own claims and tally your total as you go

At Checkout:

  • Once we announce “checkout” you have 15 minutes to send your full payment and screenshot of payment right away.

  • Reminder: We do not front costs, so please be prompt to reserve your items!

  • Shipping & Handling is paid when you “Close Box”

  • Once we check out, claims will be sorted and added to your box

Claim Policies:

  • Payment is due before checkout

  • No holds

  • Claims are first come, first paid

  • Live claim items aren’t eligible for forwarding. If you do forward, you’ll be charged a shopping fee at the time of shipment.

  • “Close Box” to ship your order when ready

  • Boxes held for 3 weeks max

Missed the live session? No worries—items will stay up in the Live Claims highlight until they're removed. You can still shop, send payment, and we’ll head back to grab anything covered in Live Claims.
